A SENSATIONAL REPORT.
LONDON, October 10
In connection with Admiral Yon Capelle's disclsoures, it is stated that the crews of four German battleships mutinied. The oapta-4 of the Westfalen was drowned and the cruiser Nurnberg seized and the vessel headed for Norway, but the flotilla was recaptured. The Kaiser ordered the execution of the mutineers, but Dr. Michaelis vetoed it.
