Mr. Hewitt found that the deceased died from a wound on the head in- » flicted by her husband, Frank Edward Bennier. and returned a. verdict equivalent to, wilful murder. The accused will he charged with rnnrder before Mr. Hewitt. S.T\T.. in the Magistrate's Court this morning.
