Sir Douglas Haig reports: At S.JO a.m. we again attacked on a wide irortt, north-east and east of Ypres., w conjunction with the Allies on our left. Satisfactory progress lia.s been made ao ail parts. The weather is stormy.. A Press correspondent states that the British have advanced more than a mile in places, on a front centring on Passchendaek. The troops reached their objectives in good order. _ A large number of prisoners are coming in. Dimsy Wood, north-eastward of Lroodseinde, stubbornly resisted, but the Australians surrounded the place, thus making certain that many prisoners will be taken, unless the Germans prefer ■•annihilation: The Allies' casualties were lio-hfr '. .
