THE RUSSIAN SITUATION.
RUSSIA'S COALITION CABINET,
PETROGEAD, October 9. A new Coalition Cabinet has been formed. It comprises six Socialists (of whom M. Kerensky will be the Premier and Comman&sr-in-Cliief) and eleven democratic and bourgeois representatives, including Terestchenko as Minister of Foreign Affairs, M. Ve.rkhousky as Minister of War, and Admiral Verdsrensky as Minister of Marine, M. NakV tin, Minister of the Interior, Posts and Telegraphs; M. Auksentieff, Minister of Agriculture; M. Govouzdev, Labour ; and M. Bernatzky, Finance.
