WAR REGULATIONS.

(Per. Press Association.) WELLINGTON, Aug. 20. Additional war regulations published to-night provide for the issue of license by the Attorney-General to an enemy alien who has been naturalised to engage m foreign trade. It is made unlawful tor any-other person to act as agent of an alien enemy who nas not such license to engage in foreign trade. Other regulations read: No person shall obstruct or otherwise interfere with or impede any member of the Military Police in the execution of his duty. No person shall incite or encourage any member of an Expeditionary Fores to resist, or assault any member of the Military Police in the execution of his dluty.
