FURTHER BRITISH RAIDS.

Received August 19, 5.5 p.m. LONDON, August 18. Our aeroplanes proved superior, although, the weather rendered work difficult. Damaged machines regained our lines. Aeroplanes operated successfully all day, machinegunning aerodromes and dropping 6% tons of bombs on aerodromes, rail stations and billets. Others harrassed and machine-gunned German infantry. Our gunners brought down fifteen and drove down eleven. Eleven of ours are missing.
