NAPIER, June 4. ■Mr. Arthur McCarthy has given notice of his intention to move at the next meeting of the Napier Harbour Board, "That as the termination of the war will find manufacturing plants in Britain looking for business, the Board iy of opinion that it the Government obtain from all the local bodies in this country specifications of their requirement!?, the information, in the hands of the Hign Commissioner in London when peace is declared, will materially assist the prompt execution of Dominion requirements."
