- . LONDON, June 3. / The Press Bureau reports:—Arrangements have (been concluded with the German Government to Withdraw all British! Prisoners of war thirty /kilometres from the firing line on the Eaetern and Western V rronts. Two thousand Britishers have been\ already withdrawn. Germany has been asked /•to announce -when tho withdrawal is iconiplete. ;
