KRONSTADT IN REVOLT.
Receired June 3, 5.5 p.m. PETROGRAD, June 2. the committee of the Workmen'l and Soldiers' delegates at Kron* stadt has assumed the administra* , tion of Kronstadt, declaring that II will not recognise the Provisional ' Government, .and will remove at) Government representatives. Rela* t x ' tions with Petrograd and the rest oi; Russia will henceforth be carried ot ' ' only through an intermediary on tht Petrograd committea. The Mini* ter of Justice, on behalf of the Got* ernment, communicated with th# Kronstadt commitee"asldng ] it to re* voice its decision and enter into pour- '«• parlers. The correspondent says the Kroi^ | stadt affair is apparently, partially due to the local committee's ignorance of the relations between tfre Government and the Petrograd com- : mitee. The president of the latter is going to Kronstadt to investigate. ;
