Press Bureau: His Majesty the King telegraphed to President Wilson, on the Empire's behalf, offering liis heartfelt congratulations upon the United States' entry into the war for the great ideals indicated in his speech to Congress. The King added: "The moral and material results of your national declaration will be incalculable. Civilisation will strive until a decision has been reached in the greatest crisis in world history.
