LONDON, February 6. The Bishop of Birmingham has arranged with? bankers to advance him £1000. He offers-to lend to poorer clergy between £s^and £10 for -the War Loan, repayable in monthly instalments. He appeals to the clergy to exhort their congregations to subscribe to the War Loan.
