HOLLAND ELECTRIFIED.
LONDON, February 4. The Daily Chronicle's correspondent at Amsterdam etatea that news of the German-American rupture electrified Holland. Special bulletins were placarded everywhere. It is generally-be-lieved it will have a keen and grave influence on Holland's own diplomatic affairs.
