She is prepared if necessary to adopt all measures and, make all sacrifices to assure and pr«3serve her national life and industries .-< , ■ STOCKHOLM, February 5,, A conference of sailors and st,eve*' dores unions is to be held shortly to discuss a proposal to boycott German shipping in Danish ports, as retaliation. Many shipowners do not believe the blockade will be effective, and are preparing to resume. The Government proposes to alter thaV war insurances to met the new situation. Official insurances are for tho present--suspended, hut private companies "continue to do business, charging ten per cent for North Sea voyages. . ,-",,■ COPENHAGEN, February 5. 1 The Government is constantly conferring with commercial and financial circles with a view to the blockade dangers.
