WOMEN WORKERS.
(To the Editor^) Sir,—Much is being printed concerning the shortage of labour in several industries, notably the dairying industry. This, owing to obvious "reasons must shortly become more acute. Why ]s not female labour more utilised a,s is the case at Home? For instance could not women be employed in the creameries and butter factories ffk Vet at present, I do not think, should a woman be ever so desirous of obtainm* suclt work, she could not do so unlws under exceptional circumstances 1 see that a number of ladies of Waaeanm have taken up farm work.
