THIRTEENTH SUMMER CON-
FERENCE

OAMARU, December 26
The New Zealand Presbyterian/I Bible Class Thirteenth Summer Conference opened to-day. Rev. J. Lawson Robinson, chairman of the local arrangements committee, pre-j sided and gave an inspiring address of 'welcome to the delegates. Addresses of welcome were given by Archdeacon Russell (President of the Ministers' Association), /he Mayor, the Moderator of the Assembly (Rev. R. Ryburn), and Rev. W. S. Todd. 'Greetings from members with the Expeditionary Forces were warmly applauded. The dele- j gates total over 700. The conference will extend till next Tuesday.
