THE VALUE OF DIPPING THE LAMBS. "Dipping properly carried out re^ pays its cost many times over." So wrote the Chi^f of the Live StoclT Division of the Department of Agriculture recently. This is especially so in the case of lambs, where the advantages of good breeding and a sufficiency of feed are often lost because of parasitic filth. Lambs cannot thrive when infested with tick. The above statement has been amply proved by Mr 71 Bevau, of Manakau, who on the 19th iusi, wrote: —"I am more than pleased with the Qiiihell's Dip ..that you sent me. I dipped four hundred lambs, and I reckon it h;rs put at least 2s per head on them. T inspected them carefully nftor dipping, and could not find one tick alive.". Dipping the lambs r.i Quibell's Non-poisonous Liquid Dip pays the cost many times over. '
