The Inspector of Factories, Mr. E. Gohns, proceeded against Schnei£erf'' man and Co. for a breach of the FacX tories Act, 1908. The evidence showed that the firm had failed to i keep a wages book as required be- ' •tween November 1 - and November 29. His Worship found <Jfefendants guilty, and inflicted a fine of £2.
