Mr. Massey is visiting Dublin.

In a speech at a banquet to Lord Wimborne at the Mansion House, Mr. Massey urged every part of the Empire to do its duty in the war. Every citizen of military age in tli< Dominions or nearer home shoul.i do his part.

,Mr. Massey's speech was warmly received. Lord Wimborne said he welcomed it as a fresh breeze introduced into the political atmosphere.
