RESERVISTS READY TO FIGHT.

LONDON, Nov. 28. Replying to the Reservists' Army, the new Military League has subscribed a declaration condemning officers joining the revolutionaries, and agreeing never to recognise them.
War material is being scattered, and riftes distributed to reservists. Guns are being concealed and buried, and plaqcd where they can best fire on the Allies.
