BIG MOVEMENT IN AMERICA.
Received November 27. 10.45 p.m. LONDON, November 27. Pro-German peace intrigues in America are attracting more than usual attention in England. They are recognised to. be on a large scale and of greater ingenuity than before. New York correspondents consider that though pro-Allies circles may be exaggerating when they fear that President Wilson will yield to the clamour, the Allies cannot afford to ignore the intrigues.
