HIS MAJESTY'S
"A TRIP TO ROTORUA."
The film "A Trip to Rotorua," at His majesty's 'iheativ, is one tirnt every person should $es. This film is of mucii greater interest than was the admirable '\AU Red Route." It is an educaUon as well as an entertainment, and if the picture gots its deserts there should not be an empty seat at His Majesty's Theatre while it holds the screen. The photography is splendid, and the subject unique. The production is a revelation to those who have not had the privilege of visiting the marvellous thermal country. The many sections of the picture disclose views of Rotorua. Then we visit the Sanatorium grounds, showing the Bath Palace and Boiling Rachel Pool, the Malfroy Geyser, boiling mud, the troutpond, steaming sulphur beds, O'hinemutu, tTie Maori village, Maori church, Ohinemutu, Que-en Victoria memorial, Maori women cooking in boiling cauldron, miniatuue funeroles, remains of the sunken pah, terrace formation, the frog pond, the plate pool, boiling geyser alongside cold water running stream, Maori girls diving for pennies^ the Pink Terrace before the eruption, the remains of the Pink Terraces as seen to-day, and many othr interesting features. Other subjects shown are '•The Hoyden," a rattling good drama, "The Making of a Motor Car," undoubtedly a great industrial picture; "Mutt and Jeff in Disguise," a very funny cartoon, "Mr Jack's Artistic Sense" (comedy), and a, splendid number of the Pathe Gazette. Big houses are a certainty.
