ADMIRAL DU FOURNET'S LETTER.
A FIRM DEMAND.
Received 11-15 p.m. Nov. 25. LONDON, Nov. 25. The "Daiiy Chronicles" Athens correspondent says that Admiral dv Fournet has sent. a. letter to the Premier demanding ten batteries of mountain guns by the Ist December, and tlie rest of the material by December 15th. Admiral dv Fournet emphasises that the recent refusal does not accord with Greece's professions of benevolent neutrality. He contrasts the present circumstances with those under which the Bulgarians, towards whom Greece only professes neutrality pure and simple, seized material and troops at Kavalla, concerning which Greece's protest was inadequate compensation for the Entente. HV-points out that the delivery of the material now claimed cannot offend legitimate patriotism or international equity. The arms are destined for use in the deliverance of soil'watered; by the most generous Hellenic blood Their place is. not in arsenals, but at Monastir and in Macedonia, where the fate of all the Balkan States is bern> settle!.
