A VIGILANT PATROL.
/ Received 5.5 p.m. Nov. 25. '■~ ' j LONDON, Nov. 25. The Admiralty reports that during /the night of the 23rd six German destroyers attempted to approach the northern end of the Downs. The enemy were seen by a patrol vessel, and steamed off after firing 12 rounds. , There were no casualties, but a-drifter ..was slightly damaged. The open town of Eamsgate was. not touched.
