BATLEY.—KiIIed in action in France, on July 10th, Private Norman Piriao Batley, 10th Reinforcements ; aged 24 years, youngest son of Robert T. and Emily Batley, of Moawhango. q DESMOND—On the 21st inst., at Wanganui, Clarence Seymour, infant son of Mr,-and Mrs A. Desmond; aged 14 weeks. Private interment.—Purser and Son, undertakers. WILLIAMSON.—On the 22nd July, William Herbert, second surviving son of the late Henry Williamson, of Spring Grove, Kakaramea: aged 39 years.
