EVERYBODY'S CONTINUOUS PICTURES.
"THE WOMAN IN THE BOX."
A departure from the now recognised practice of showing one long film ;>.nd a couple of supporting numbers was made at Everybody's yesterday, when the new programme, consisting of a large number of small pictures was screened for the first time, and th.: change was one that, was greatly appreciated. The programme opened with beautiful coloured views oy I'atlie of the Bourne River, which flows through France's most rugged country. An Australian Gazette wa-i replete with the latest Australian news in pictorial form, the pictures of a Commonwealth armoured car section being particularly interesting. 4. pathetic A.B. drama, "If We Only Knew" is a very human picture. A downed Zeppelin in Franco is a very good picture and shows the gun crew whose accuracy caused its destruction. The first halfconciuded with an amusing Vitagraph comedy, "The Woman m the Box" is a picture with Mexican setting and depicts the intrigue that «--oes on in that unfortunate country. ''Water Fowl at Home," an educative picture of bird life, and another comedy, "The Butler,•' were the other films on the programme, which will be repeated to-day.
