says the Ausrian generals are incapable. It declares that the situation on the Russian front Is becoming more and more alarming. Every bul- \ letin brings new surprises. A wounded officer says the Russians 'stormed our lines in rows 17 lines deep, and their artillery was so deadly that ne troops could stand up to it.
