LONDON, July 7. ~"~The "Morning Post's" Buda PestV correspondent says the Government paper "Azest" leads popular discontent. It blames the Government and
says the Ausrian generals are incapable. It declares that the situation on the Russian front Is becoming more and more alarming. Every bul- \ letin brings new surprises. A wounded officer says the Russians 'stormed our lines in rows 17 lines deep, and their artillery was so deadly that ne troops could stand up to it.
