HOSPITAL CLOSED DOWN.
(Per Press Association.) DUNEDIN, Oct. 1. The Waikari Emergency Hospital closed down to-day, the sole remaining patient being transferred to the Dunedin Hospital, from which he will probable be discharged to-morrow. The hospital has been in use since July 28, and 27 oerebro-spinal meningitis contacts, have been under observation and treatment.
