NEW BATTLE DEVELOPING.
AMSTERDAM, August 14. Berlin official. —A new battle is developing, wherein Yon Hindenburg'e armies are engaged north of the Niemen district with Generals Alekeft". Eupiscliky, We&tchinty, and Kowarsk. - Before Kovno, we took the fortified forest of Domikanka, taking prisoner 350. Between the Narew and the Bug we reached Slina, where the enemy was resisting. _ We stormed a strong advanced position north of Novo Georgievsk, capturing 1800 and four machine-guns.
