WELLINGTON July 7. Dull and foggy weather has prevailed with rain in most parts of the country Strong northerly winds have predominated, "but decreased in force today The barometer has risen in the south, but; little movement is recorded elsewhere. Present indications are for strong northerly and westerly winds. Cloudy and unsettled weather, with ram probable generally. The barometer uru steady, and probably falling again shortly in the south.
