SYDNEY WOOL SALES.
AN UNUSUAL SCENE
'Per Press Association.) Received 8-55 p.m., May 3. SYDNEY, May 3. As the result of the wool dispute an unusual scene was witnessed at the Exchange. 7297 bales were offered. There was a strong attendance of buyers, but nob a single bid was recorded. During the week brokers ascertained that freightage was available for 49,000 bales. Sellers to-day intimated that regular terms prevail. Every lot was called, but buyers remained dumb.
