In the Allies' darkest hour great things happened which distinctly changed the outlook. The Kaiser's expectation that he would announce the capitulation or annihilation of the British Army on Tuesday—the anniversary of Sedan —was foiled. The events of the next few days will be fraught with the utmost.importance regarding the - safety of the capitals of three Powers engaged^—Berlin, Paris, and Vienna. ' ' .
