(Per Press Association.) PAHIATUA. July.7. Tlio" Borough Council has decided to take -a poll of the ratepayers on tho proposal to raise a loan of £10 ; 000 for «n electric light and power scheme. A poll will also be taken on the proposal to build a new p_ost office in one of the garden squares in the centre of tho town.
