COURT OF APPEAL'S JUDGMENT. (United Press Association —Copyright.) VANCOUVER. July 6. The Court of Appeal of British Columbia uraanimouslv decided against the Hindus aboard The Komagatn Maru boing allowed to land. The cour£ held that the. Order-in-Couneil prohibiting the admission of Asiatics- w.a.s good, and had full effect. The Hindus did net possess tho necessary amount of money to -permit them to land in Canada, and had not made a direct' journey to the country. The majority were imskiiled labourers, and, therefore, were temporarily barred under any circumstances.
