At the nnrnirj meeting of the Napier Licensing Coin:nittee to-day the Chairin .in announced that tho committee had decided that at the next annual meeting licenses for the Clarendon and Criterion Hotels would not be renewed mile k tl'.o houses w-ere rebuilt.
