HAVING been appointed Agent in this District for the ORATONU PATENT CONCRETE CO., of 213 Princess Street, Dunedin, I will be pleased to give anyone about to build full information as to tbe methods and details of the work. It consists chiefly in prodecing continuous hollow concrete walls, thus rendering th© building absolutely dampproof. An Oratonu House is cool in the summer and warm in the winter, the maintenance on it is small, and the insurance at the lowest rate. " Oratonu" means "everlasting," and the cost of building in this &tyle is very reasonable where suitable gravel can be obtained. It has been very successfully introduced in the South, and the Government luirf adopted "Oratonu" in building 10 workmen's dwellings in Timaru. Any further information I will gladly supply. N. MEULI, Builder. WANOANUI. District above referred to: Wanganui, Rnnsi+Jke'. Wnimarino. Waitotara, Rnrjritik^i. Warr-irino, Waitotara, Patea (towns and counties).
