The Carncgi© inquiry committee on the Balkan war^ reports that all the belligerents were guilty of atrocities, brutally treated the- wounded, and yiolated *he international laws of warfare.
Bulgaria had 153,355 killed and 104,----555 wounded, and the war cost her £3,150,000. Servia lost 22,000 killed and 25,000 wounded, and 45,000, invalided. The war voost her £1,410,000. To Greece the war cost £1,170,00, and Montenegro £270,000.
