Princo "William a, fortnight ago learned that Essad Pasha was organising a coup-d'etat. He directed Essad Pasha to disarm his bodyguard of three hundred. Esad Pasha refused. Yesterday five thousand of his supporters in Dv« razzo commenced a revolt. Essad Pasha firing the first shot against the Palace. The commanders of the Italian warship, who sent 500 marines and machine guns, surrounded Essad Pasha's house. The bodyguard offered small resistance, and Essad Pasha was surrounded. Marines arc now guarding-the palace. **
