The Empress Theatre will provide another complete change to-day. <,The strpicture, will be "A Highland Romanoa." and the following is a synopsis of th--story: A Duke in disguise as a private gsntleman is hunting in tha Highlands, when-he is seriously injured. He is nursed by a crofter's wife.- whom he induces to leave her husband. The Duke secretes ncr in his hunting lodge, pending a divorce. One dny her husband, broken hearted, -plays on the bagpipes a tune which tlie wife hears, and it erases her to return home. Her husbnnd forgives her. but dees not forsret thf>'treachery of tho Dake, who is killed in a duel.
