Senator Sutherland is leading a, co.?litioa favouring arbitration. Senator ]fiorris introduced the necessary resolution. Senators Root and Lodge favour the proposal, but as a two-thirds vote is required to carry tho Arbitration Bill Senator Sutherland's proposal is not likely to be carried.
