The Commonwealth and Dominion Coy.'s new liner "Star of Victoria," Captain Beck, which is making her maiden voyaged to New Zealand, anchored at the roadstead at Wanganui last evening. The steamer will oommenoa loading a cargo of frozen meat and general produce this morning. Mr O. F. Millward advises that the s.s. Storm sails for southern ports at 11 o'clock this morning.
