Cl'er Press Association.; ' AUCKLAND, April 13. , The Auckland Racing Club's Autumn meeting concluded to-day. There was fine weather and a very large attend- : ance. The tote figures for the day were ' £52,014 10s, as against 10s last year, making a total of £96,882, an increase of £22,829 over last year. Results : —
Stewards' Handicap (one mile). —3 Patronale (W. Price) 1, 1 Royal Irish 2, 5 Kakama 3. Also started f 4 Red Book, 2 Pavlova, 10 Domino, 9 Waiorewa, 8 Gloy, 7 Kaween, 10 Miss Livonia, 10 Tragedy King, 6 Austin, 11 Maui Nina. Won by a length and a half, Kakama a length away. Time, 1.40 3^5. Mangere Handicap (six furlongs) .—2 Belasco (C. Monk) 1, 9 Gerberga 2, 13 Monathal 3. Also started: 14 :Try Fluke. 3 Glenspire, 4 Munster, 16 Pet, 1 Fisher, 8 Signs, 6 Self, 17 Salvia 7 Glittering Sands, 11 Matawerewere, 5 Opposition, 10 Pupura,- 15 Brookfield, 19 Turakina, 12 Christmas Rose, 18 Glen Vine, 20 Nimblefoot. Opposition lost his rider just after the start. Won by two lengths, half a length separating second and third. Time, 1.16. Great Northern Oaks (one mile and a half). —1 Merry Roe (Buchanan) 1, 2 Bonny Helen 2, 3 The Hague 3. The only starters. Won very easily by 3 lengths, with the Hague another two lengths away. Time, 2.40 2-5. St. George Handicap (one mile and a lialf) 2 Jack Delaval (J. Stenning) 1, I La Reina 2, 6 Goldsize 3. Also started : 3 Prince Merriwee, 3 Jollie Fille, ' 7 Marshal McDonald, 5 Haskayne, 9 Tiresome, 10 Soultikoff, 8 Royal Arms, II Admiral Soult. Prince Merriwee and Jollie Fille were bracketed. Won by a neck, Goldsize running into third a length behind. Time, 2.13 4-5. I Huia Handicap (six furlongs).—6 Lord Lupin (L. Wilson) 1, 11 Prince Soult 2, 8 Spalfish 3. Also started: 3 Crown ! Pearl, 4 Gipsy Belle, 1 Sir Moseley7'2 ' Beldame, 10 Tact, 5 Zeus. 7 Tripoli, 9 , Zetes. Won by half a head, with Spal- ' fish a length away third. Time, 1.14 4-5. Autumn Steeplechase Handicap (about 3 miles).—4 Ruffy (McFlynn) 1, 1 Glenmore 2. 3 Icel 3. Also started: 2Rapid, ■ > Santiago, 6 Eglinton. Won by four lengths, Icel another 20 lengths away third. Time, 6.17. Victoria Handicap (5 furlongs).— 2 . Mullingar (Price) 1, 8 Delenda 2, 4 Bedford 3. Also started: 1 Oastalia, 5 Hyniettius, 7 Tavistock, 10 Troy, 3 Queenlike, 6 Kitty Bellairs. 11 Lady Penury, 9 Last Call. Won by a head. Delenda. beating Bedford by a head for second place, Queenlike very close up fourth. Time, 1.2. Auckland Welter Handican.—s Kakama .(O'Shea) 1, 2 Tangiwa'i 2, 6 Kaween 3. Also started: 8 Tattoo, 4 Cheddar, 1 Patronale, 7 Worcester, 3 Banian, 9 Tragedy King, 14 Maui Nina, 11 That Alt, 12 Goldfke, 13 Mitakana' ! Won by a length, Kaween who finished fast, another length away. Time, 1.41. FEILDING J.C. EASTER MEETING. '
