GERMANS STRANGELY TREATED

(United Press Association.—Copyright.) Received' 10.5 p.m., April 13. BERLIN, April 13. The German fishing steamer Burger Meister Monckeberg states that wnilo lying off Iselandjj twenty-five armed men in motor boats boarded the steamer, Icnocked down, kicked and shut up the captain in the wheelhouse and intimidated the crew. Subsequently a leading official fined the captain twelve hundred kronen and ordered him to forfeit his nets. It is stated that the first men aboard were peasants. The seizure was illegal and it is expected that Germany will protest to Denmark.
