AT WELLINGTON
(Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, April 13. The holiday passed quietly in. Wellington. The weather was threatening in the forenoon, though it kept fairly fine with the exception of light misty rain for about hall an ;hour. The various picnic and pleasure resorts were well patronised and the gala at Lyall Bay organised by the Surf and Life Saving Club attracted large crowds. The Wahine took 1000 excursionists to Picton.
