An analysis of the Home Rule division shows that the votes, according to the countries werei — England: For the Bill, 198; against, 1.43. Wales: 30 for, 3 against. Scotland: 53 for, 15 against. Ireland: 75 for, 16 against.
These figures have, evidently ibeen mutilated in transmission. The total of the votes recorded in favour of the Bill (356) is correct, but the total of the "Noes" as given above (177) should be 276. , ,
