OPERATIONS IN ULSTER
A SENSATIONAL STORY
Waited Tress Association —Copvngnt.j LONDON, April 7. The "Morning Post" publishes what profess to be details of the Government's intended operations in Ulster in expectation that Sir E. Carson will start a provisional government. It adds that as the arrest of the leaders is likely to provoke Ulstermen's resistance, it is intended to seize the Boyne bridges, an army of 25,000 co-operating with the fleet. When xevealing the Government's plans to the Generals, Sir Arthur Paget referred to the possible massacres of advanced detachments if isolated in battles.
