ADMIRALTY TO ADHERE TO ITS POLICY.

The Admiralty is wedded to the policy promulgated by the Right Hon. Winston Churchill, and is not affected by jtha Doniindonfe protest, but is still hopeful that Australia. Canada, and New Zealand will contribute battleships towards the formation of an Imperial fleet |to patrol the Empire. The Admiralty does not display any inclination to convene a naval conference because it is entirely absorbed by the "Ulster crisis, whilst indisposed to _ negotiate further with tho Bomiptoiis, seeing that a gene*isal election is not far'ahead.! and iilay possibly palter ,the j» r QSitiotf of parties.
