STUBBORN OPPOSITION IN THE HOUSE.

LONDON, March 24. Reuters Washington! correspondent states that stubborn opposition has arisen in the House against the repeal cf the tolls. A peculiar feature is,that Mr. Clark, Speaker Underwood and other politiciacjs who usually support the Administration are now opposing the repeal.
