BIG NATIONALIST PROCESSION AT LIVERPOOL.
"HOME RULE IS WON."
Received March 24, 12.40 a.m. LONDON, March 23. Sevenfty-five thousand people held a procession in Liverpool yesterday in celebration of St. Patrick's Day. Mr. T. O'Connor declared that Home Rule had 7jeen won.
The Liverpool "Daily Post" states that three thousand Irish Nationalists in Liverpool secretly trained and prepared to join] their comrades in/Ulster in the event of trouble. Liverpool's Ulster Unionist force is 1500.
