SHI E. CARSON AT BELFAST

Sir Edward Carson bad an enthusias-v tic reception at Belfast, where he was welcomed by a fusilade of revolvers. He proceeded ijpjCarigavan, escorted by a bodyguard" of two hundred volunteers. The. Ulster leaders are conferring at Craigivon. Sir Edward Carson, in a manifesto^ appeals to his followers to maintain a calm peace. The Unionist and Orangemen of Lancashire have sent Sir E. Carson many encouraging telegrams. Eight hundred Ulster volunteers were mobilised at Belfast on Thursday night, and guarded the leaders' residences.
