Messrs Asquith and Churchill, Colonel Seely, and the War Office staff had a three hours' consultation, which lasted till 11 at night. Subsequently, Mr Churchill summoned/Prince -Louis of Battenburg to an Jirgent conference with the Admiralty affecting the action of the navy towards Ulster.
